8. Receipt of order from KUZINA store (Take Away)

8.1. Create Order

8.4. Checkout

The Consumer must arrive at the selected store at the agreed time in order to receive his order. 9. Order return / cancellation policy

Before completing the order payment process and the electronic submission, the Consumer can cancel his Order, removing the quantities of products from his cart. In case the submission of the Order has been completed, the Consumer can cancel the order only by phone and only if the order has not yet been executed and a sales document has not been issued.

In case of cancellation of an order, for which the credit card has been chosen as the means of payment, the cancellation of the credit card charge is made only by the supervisors of the KUZINA Call Center.
